Coming Soon: EFA Ladies Matches

Mandie Barnes reports:

 

New to this season is the introduction of an EFA Ladies team, scheduled to play matches against a number of school and university teams.  The matches arranged so far are:

 

30th November 2014 at Ipswich from 11am

and if you’re feeling up to it, you can go on to Cambridge to play against the University team in the afternoon.

 

7th February 2015 at Wolverhampton

 

8th February 2015 at Shrewsbury

 

late March 2015 at Berkhamsted

EFA London Tournament Returns to Harrow

The EFA London tournament is back at Harrow this year on the weekend of December 6th/7th. The Saturday will feature the main tournament group stages, quarter-finals and plate competition, with the Sunday given over to the main tournament semi-finals and final plus a Festival Competition for the less ambitious.

 

You can play on either Saturday or Sunday or both. To enter, simply make sure you are logged in to the site, then CLICK HERE and follow the instructions. Don't forget to click on "Enter and Pay" at the bottom of the formYour partner will need to enter and pay separately. If you don't have a partner yet or your prospective partner does not appear as an option, or indeed if you have any other problems such as forgetting your log in details, please let Gareth Hoskins know directly or you can contact us by CLICKING HERE. 

 

Entry is £12 for adults, £5 for students and free for school pupils. This covers the whole weekend's Fives.

Fives Coach/Manager Wanted at Westway

An opportunity has arisen for a Fives Coach/Manager at the Westway Sports Centre, Latimer Road, West London.
 
 
Fives, (Eton Fives and Wallball) has made a lot of progress at this well-known Community Sports Centre and players of different ages and backgrounds are now enjoying the game, thanks to the energetic and dedicate efforts of the coaches. There is a substantial outreach programme towards schools and local clubs. The Eton Fives Association has given consistent support to Westway over the years.
