postheadericon Studs march on unbeatable while WHOREFC's Seb Cooley grabs Gold

Another great night of competition in the Superleague saw Will Skjott's WHOREFC overcome a stiff challenge from Chris Vincent's Martlet to take a 4 -2 win and grasp second place in Conference A in a fantastic match. Meanwhile, Spencer Chapman's Studs continued their march through group A, beating Katona 6 – 0, partly to an unfortunate no-show from a Katona player.

There were a couple of standout players who showed consitent class through the evening; despite the obvious class from National Champion Seb Cooley on the WHOREFC team, observers also noted Martlet's Faisal Mir's fine form - his steady flow of points has seen him creep into the top 10 in the MVP at this early stage. One to watch.

In the golden glove competition the question on everyone’s mind is who can topple Seb Cooley from top spot after a remarkable 10 shots into the hole, and of course which teams are going to make the decisive moves for playoff spots in two very tight conferences. With everything to play for the Superleague returns Monday 6th June for more thrilling action at the Westway.
